Digital Storytelling

Hello everyone, I hope you're having a great day. In this post , I will tell you about digital storytelling task which I have done for my Instructional technology and material design course.Our teacher asked us to do a digital storytelling with a partner.

Our teacher gave us three topics for this project. The first tpoic was "what is meant to be a good friends? The second topic was "how to" projects and the last one was create a fictional story with drawings and audio".My partner Zehra and I chose the second topic "how to projects".In this project ,we should demonstrate a real or an imaginary process.While doing this project, we need to explain the process step by step by using videos and photos.Let me explain the project we did briefly. We tried to explain an imaginary process for the "how to" projects. Our topic was "how to be a princess".

Firstly; We wrote a funny text that was funny to listen. Our text tells you "how to become a princess" in eight steps. Accoding to steps in the text, we found funny pictures from the Internet and then we created video by combining all these pictures and steps. It wasn't easy to prepare the video, but we managed to do it. we did this video in Camtasia Studio 8 program.

In the future, I'd give my students this kind of homework cause it's fun to do this assignment and I think it will improve the creativity of the students.
